"Daz's Rock 4 Charity" is being held at the Colston Hall, Bristol on Friday September 3rd 2010 @ 7pm. The event this year is a memorial concert for Bristol lad Joe Dymond-Williams who tragically lost his life at the age of 17 in 2008. Joe's parents Gabe and John have chosen Bristol registered charity "Rainbow Centre" (Reg # 1120461) to benefit from the concert. "Rainbow Centre for Children" www.rainbowcentre.org.uk helps children affected by cancer, life threatening illness and bereavement. All profits will be donated to The Rainbow Centre for children which will be a great help for the charity's continued great work, please check out their web-site. Daz will of course be hosting and performing, bands appearing include Chuff, The Tonemasters, Copperhead, Flash Harry, The Wild Gulloots and Beyond Control. There will be guest appearances from Danny Pugh and Josh Clayfield. And Sarah Medcraft will be arranging a dance routine to one of Joe's favourite songs. Please, if you can, buy tickets direct from Daz or the acts as Colston Hall Box Office take 5% admin fee, but if you would rather buy from box office please call 0117 9223686 or visit www.colstonhall.org Tickets are £10. On the build up to the concert there will be some fundraising gigs to help with the costs of hiring the Colston Hall and all the expenses which go with organising a huge event of this kind. The first is: Sunday 28th February 3pm Daz's Rock 4 Charity Fundraiser @ The Knowle, Chuff, Daz, Beyond Control & Special Guests.
